Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or location on the service
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances.
